Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand navigation through heatmaps and session recordings. It may receive interactions, browser data, IP address and cookies. We do not send reservation form data as identifiers to Clarity. You can reject its cookies or change your choice in “Cookie settings”.
Data we collect
When you reserve a coupon we store your name, phone and email to deliver and validate it at the restaurant. We also measure how the site is used in general (page views, coupons viewed, WhatsApp clicks and coupon reservations).
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure and optimize ads. Meta receives events, page, browser, IP address and its cookies when tracking is permitted. Only if you check the optional box when reserving do we share normalized email and phone protected with SHA-256 to match that reservation to ads. Hashing does not make data anonymous. We do not send your name or anonymous visitors’ contacts. We store the date, notice version and reservation reference as acceptance evidence. Refusing does not prevent reservations. Withdraw through Cookie settings or contact us on WhatsApp to request deletion.
We send your coupon by email through Brevo and add you to our coupon list. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Your choice
Where the law requires it (such as the EU and UK) we ask for your permission before turning on this measurement. You can change or withdraw it anytime in “Cookie settings”, or message us on WhatsApp at +502 4128-8133 to delete your data.
